Shipping Policy

Order Processing

We aim to pack and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are shipped from Burleigh Heads, Queensland, Australia. Once your order has left us, delivery timing is handled by Australia Post.

 

Australia Shipping

We currently ship Australian orders using Australia Post Express Post.

At this stage, we offer a flat rate of $15 - Shipped anywhere in Australia. 

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive tracking details by email.

Delivery times are based on Australia Post’s Express Post network and may vary depending on your location, public holidays, peak periods and any delays within the Australia Post network.


International Shipping

All international orders are shipped from Australia using Australia Post. Shipping rates and available services are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow the parcel on its way to you.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes or other charges once the parcel arrives in your country. These costs are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery timeframes can vary depending on the destination, customs processing and carrier delays. We’ll always do our best to get your order packed and sent quickly, but once it has left us, delivery timing is largely in the hands of the postal network.


Returns and Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days, provided the item is unworn, unused, in original condition and has all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size or incorrect choice, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.

If your parcel is delayed or appears to be missing, please contact us and we’ll help lodge an enquiry with Australia Post where needed.
