We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase, subject to stock availability. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

To arrange an exchange or return, email support@deathcollective.com with your full name, order number, the item/s you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as Death Collective cannot take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
