We use Australia Post to ship all of our orders. All postage rates are calculated based on weight and destination.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS EXPLAINED:
Economy Air (NO TRACKING!): Please note, if you choose this option, we will NOT be able to track your order.
Standard (Recommended): For tracked delivery, choose our International Standard service.
Express: For speed and tracking you can rely on, trust International Express.
Courier: Our premium parcel and letter service - If you need it FAST, this is your best option.
Please note that Death Collective cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control. We will do everything we can to keep our customers happy, however we have no control over international shipping!
International shipping from Australia is expensive (we are very far away from the rest of the world!).
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES:
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges.
All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.
Australia: Allow 2-5 business days for regular post and 1-3 business days for express post.
New Zealand: Allow *2-4 business days.
Rest of the World: Allow *3-10 business days..

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your order purchase date. Goods must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags. Please note there are no refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice. Exchanges are subject to stock availabilities. Any shipping charges paid on the original order will not be refunded.

If you are based outside of Australia, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you on tailored return solution. All returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. Return postage costs and any additional duties & taxes assessed by International Customs when returning items from overseas are the responsibility of the customer, as well as any duties & taxes incurred when receiving the exchanged item.
